"Problem of Eurocentrism"
- This is the bias point of view on western civilization
- Schools began to only teach about western civilization
- This is a big deal and still a problem today because even educators believe that the courses are to heavily based on Europe. So they changed the name from "Western Civilization" to "World History"

Came out after enlightenment period when we adopted the idea of popular soveirgnty, freedom/ liberty, and equality. So a lot of movements were brought out during this time, and they often worked together to become stronger and to be heard more.
